AHS is committed to turning the results of Our People Surveys into effective and long-lasting improvement. We will have ongoing conversations about the results to ensure we are providing our people with the support they need to do their jobs effectively while caring for Albertans.

In the 2019 survey, we saw an overall improvement from our last survey in 2016 and we want to continue with the great work our people are doing.

Our People Survey is just one of the many ways we continue to engage our people and look at how we can strengthen our patient safety culture together.
